Potato Soup
Ingredients 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced 1 small onion, chopped 1 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1 cup water 2 tbsp flour 2 cups milk 2 tbsp margarine

Delicious chunky potato soup with celery, carrots, and onion. This soup is always great for a cold winter's day and is wonderful comfort food.
Directions
In a large pot, add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, salt, pepper, and water. Cook covered for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Combine the flour with a small amount of milk until smooth. Add the remaining milk to the potato mixture, along with the flour mixture and the margarine.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
