Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients 1 Tbsp diced green onions 1 - 2 Tbps peanut oil 1/4 cup diced cooked chicken 1/4 cup diced cooked vegetables 1 cup cooked rice 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp soy sace
| Directions
1. Saute green onion in oil until tender.
2. Add chicken, vegetables, and rice, and stir fry until heated through.
3. Add egg and soy sauce and cook a few minutes more, tasting, and adjusting the seasoning.
4. Eat immediately.
