Ingredients


1 Heads napa cabbage, shredded
5 green onions, shredded
1 Package ramen noodles (remove seasoning packet)
1 Package slivered almonds
1/4 Cup sesame seed
1/2 Stick butter
4 Teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup vinegar
1/2 Cup peanut oil


A napa cabbage salad for a potluck party!


Directions


Chop and chill the cabbage and onions.

Lightly brown the cooked ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seed in the butter. Cool and place on top of the vegetables in the refrigerator.

Combine the remaining ingredients and set aside (do not refrigerate).

15 minutes prior to serving, add the dressing to the cabbage mixture. Mix well.
