1 butternut squash
1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
non-stick cooking spray


1 Weight Watchers point for 5 oz uncooked butternut squash


Directions


Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut squash into French fry shape. Bake 40 - 45 minutes, flipping over once halfway through.
