Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients 4 Pounds Potatoes 1/2 Cup Milk 3 Tablespoons Butter
| Creamy mashed potatoes are always a hit.
Directions
Peel and cut the potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
Boil the potatoes for 20 min and drain.
Add butter and milk and whip or blend. Add pepper and salt to taste and whip to a light fluffy texture.
